New Build
5 bedroom house near Barton Turf using innovative materials but honouring a traditional building style.
Fully equipped with solar panels and air source heat pump.
Conversion
We were asked to covert this semi detached house and outbuilding into a modern and stylish family home.
Work included a complete remodel of the house, various extensions to the side and the back of the property.
We also build a brand new outbuilding and conducted all landscaping and groundworks tasks to complete the overall new look of the property.
Listed Building
This was an interesting but also challenging project as a previous builder already attempted to convert this former stable and coach house but failed miserably. After removing the builders errors we sympathetically restored this beautiful building complying with all listed building regulations. Often we had to use old building techniques like hand crafting the gothic windows incorporating the remains of the original ones.
Landscaping
We were tasked to create a beautiful outdoor space in a relatively small and narrow area.
The client was really pleased with the outcome and so are we.
We work with you to design and fit your perfect kitchen or bathroom. We can suggest a variety of brands and suppliers and our fitters make sure it fits your space absolutely perfectly.

Phil carefully selects the right craftsmen for each project ensuring the appropriate skillset and expertise as no project is the same. Phil communicates personally with each client throughout the project to ensure everyone is on the same page. His friendly attitude and solid expertise in the building trade are only a couple of the reasons why customers keep on coming back to him for years to come.
